These terms apply to every order placed in the Liupakka Store at liupakkastore.com. They cover digital products (Lightroom presets, video LUTs and grades) and physical products. Please read them before you order.

02Products

Digital products

Digital products, such as Lightroom presets, video LUTs and the Pro Grade effect, are delivered as a downloadable file. No physical product is shipped. The product page states which software and versions each product works with, for example Grade Pro works only in DaVinci Resolve Studio. Please check this before ordering. Results depend on the original photo or footage, so the before and after examples show typical results, not a guarantee for every image.

Physical products

Physical products are delivered to the address you give at checkout. For car parts, the product page states which vehicle models and years the part fits. Please check the fitment before ordering. If you are unsure, contact us before you buy and we will help. Product photos may differ slightly from the actual product in colour or finish.

03Prices and payment

All prices are in euros (€) and include VAT. Shipping costs for physical products are shown separately at checkout before you confirm your order. Digital products have no shipping costs.

Payments are processed securely by Squarespace Payments, which is powered by Stripe. You can pay with the methods shown at checkout, such as debit and credit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Your payment is charged when you place the order. We never see or store your full card details.

If a product has an obvious pricing error, or a product turns out to be unavailable after you have ordered, we may cancel the order. In that case we will tell you without delay and refund everything you paid.

04Order and contract

The contract is formed when you receive our order confirmation by email. Please keep the confirmation, it contains your order details and these terms apply to it. You can order as a guest or with a customer account, where you can view your order history.

You must be at least 18 years old, or have your guardian's permission, to place an order.

05Delivery of digital products

Digital products are delivered by email only. After your payment is confirmed you will receive an email with a download link, usually within a few minutes. The installation guide is inside the download. The download link is valid for a limited time, so please download and save the files soon after your purchase. If the email does not arrive (check your spam folder) or the link has expired, contact us and we will send a new link.

06Delivery of physical products

Physical products are shipped from Finland. The available destination countries, delivery methods and costs are shown at checkout. The estimated dispatch time is stated on the product page. You will receive an email when your order has been shipped, with tracking information when the delivery method includes it.

Please inspect the package when you receive it. If the package or product has been damaged in transport, tell the carrier when you collect the package if possible, and contact us as soon as possible with photos of the package and the product. We will replace the product or refund it.

The risk for the product passes to you when you or a person you have named receives it. If a product is out of stock after you have ordered, we will tell you the new estimated delivery time and you can choose to wait or cancel and receive a full refund.

Deliveries outside the EU may be subject to import duties and taxes in the destination country. These are paid by the recipient.

07Right of withdrawal

Physical products

If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. The withdrawal period ends 14 days after the day you, or a person you have named, received the product. If an order is delivered in several parcels, the period runs from receiving the last one.

To withdraw, send us a clear statement by email to Store@liupakka.com with your order number before the period ends. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but you do not have to.

Return the product without undue delay and at the latest 14 days after telling us about the withdrawal, to the address we give you in our reply (normally Liupakka Oy, Koivupurontie 4, 44, 40320 Jyväskylä, Finland). You pay the direct costs of returning the product.

We will refund all payments, including the cost of standard delivery, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice. We will not refund extra costs of a more expensive delivery method you chose. We may withhold the refund until we have received the product back or you have shown proof of sending it, whichever is earlier. The refund is made with the same payment method you used.

You may handle the product as you would in a shop to check what it is like. You are liable for any loss in value caused by handling beyond that. For example, a part that has been installed, glued or painted can no longer be returned at full value. Please keep the original packaging if you can.

The right of withdrawal applies to consumers only.

08Faulty products and complaints

You have the rights given to consumers by law. If a product is faulty or does not match its description, contact us within a reasonable time after you noticed the fault. A notice within two months is always considered to be on time. Describe the fault and include photos when possible.

Physical products: We will repair or replace the product, or if that is not possible, give a price reduction or a refund, as required by law. We pay the return shipping for faulty products. Normal wear, incorrect installation, use against the instructions, or modifications made to the product are not faults.

Digital products: If a file is damaged, missing, or does not work with the software stated on the product page, we will deliver a working file. If we cannot fix the problem, we will refund the price.

09Licence for digital products

When you buy presets, LUTs or grades you get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use them for as long as you like. You may use them on your own photos and videos, also in commercial and client work.

You may not sell, share, give away, publish or distribute the files, either original or modified, or include them in other products, preset or LUT packs or services. The files are protected by copyright, which belongs to Liupakka Oy.

10Liability

Physical parts must be installed according to the instructions and good practice. If you are not sure how to install a part, we recommend using a professional. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damage such as loss of income or damage caused by incorrect installation. Nothing in these terms limits your mandatory rights as a consumer.

11Personal data

We process your personal data to deliver your order and to provide customer service. Read more in our Privacy Policy.

12Disputes

If you have a problem with your order, please contact us first at Store@liupakka.com. We aim to answer within two business days.

If we cannot agree, consumers in Finland can contact the Consumer Advisory Services (kkv.fi) and then bring the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board (kuluttajariita.fi). Consumers in other EU countries can get help from the European Consumer Centre Finland (ECC Finland).

Finnish law applies to these terms. As a consumer you always keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your country of residence, and you may bring a case to the district court of your home municipality.

13Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The terms in force when you placed your order apply to that order.
